Privacy Notice
In connection with your transaction, Dreyer & Reinbold, Inc. (hereinafter “Dealer”) may obtain information about you as described in this notice, which Dealer handles as stated in this notice.
1. The Dealer collects and obtains non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
o Information received from you on applications, contracts, leases, agreements, or other forms, which may include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, social security number and income;
o Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as, your account balances and payment history; and
o Information received from any consumer reporting agency, manufacturers, credit references, employers, insurance companies and agents, such as your credit history/score, and information on your employment or that insurance coverage is in place.
2. To provide you with superior service, inform you of product and service opportunities that may be of interest to you, or for other business purposes, we may share or disclose all of the information that we collect, as described above. HOWEVER, we will only disclose your social security information as permitted by law.
3. The Dealer may share or disclose any or all information collected, as described above, to persons or companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may make such disclosures about you as a consumer, customer, or former customer.
4. The Dealer may also share or disclose non-public personal information about you as a consumer, customer, or former customer, to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law. Such disclosures may be made to:
o Other financial institutions that obtain the right to service any loan or lease provided by you,
o The manufacturer of your vehicle for incentives or warranty matters, or
o To a service contractor for any extended service contract purchased.
5. The Dealer may disclose or have any or all of the information collected with other types of affiliated or non-affiliated third parties, including but not limited to:
o Financial service providers, insurance companies, insurance agents, and service contract companies.
o Non-Financial companies such as the manufacturer, other motor vehicle dealers, direct marketers, telecommunications companies, airlines, and publishers,
o Other entities such as educational or governmental institutions.
6. No action is required by you at this time if you wish to permit information sharing as described above. Please consider that if you opt out of information sharing, your name may be excluded from mailings or other communications that may be of interest to you. Examples may include information about special rate programs, special promotions sponsored by the manufacturer or lender, or other direct marketing programs that may be of interest to you.
7. Your Opt Out Right:
o If you want Dealer not to share or disclose non-public personal information about you with affiliated and non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of information sharing, that is, you may direct us not to share information (other than as permitted by law). (Information sharing permitted by law includes sharing information with our affiliates about our transactions or experiences with you. Information permitted by law also includes information that is required to be shared or disclosed in order to service or process the transaction.) If you wish to opt out of information sharing with affiliates and non-affiliated third parties (other than sharing permitted by law), you may complete and return the opt out form provided herewith by mailing, e-mailing or faxing it to the Dealer. Your opt out direction will apply to information we obtain and share in connection with vehicle financing and leasing and will be effective when received by dealer.
o If you share your account with another person, either of you may opt out of disclosure (other than disclosures permitted by law) for both of you. If you have already opted out, and you decide to opt back in, you must write us at:

8. We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to employees, agents and sub-contracts and those persons within the dealership who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information. We strive to keep the dealerships records about you accurate. If you know of an error or change that needs to be made please contact us and we will update our records.

Opt-Out Notice
In connection with your transaction, Dreyer & Reinbold, Inc. (hereinafter “Dealer”) may obtain information about you as described in our privacy notice. The Dealer may also share or disclose non-public personal information about you with or to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law. The Dealer may also share or disclose information to other non-affiliated third parties, such as the manufacturers, insurance companies or service contractors as described in our privacy notice.
If you prefer that we not share or disclose non-public personal information about you with or to non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of the disclosures; that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures to non-affiliated third parties, you may complete the information notice below, sign and return to the Dealer.
NOTE: The Dealer may also share or disclose, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, any information we collect about you to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. This disclosure is permitted by law; there is no opt-out opportunity available.
